I pursued the little butterfly
They said it was a waste
I pursued the little butterfly
I did it with such haste

I let the butterfly go by
It wasn’t to my taste
Then from the corner of my eye
Saw my shoulder it had graced

  5. lovely inspiration based on the quote. there are some ppl it won’t grace even if they stop running behind it..

    • This quote gave me a lot of different thoughts. And you brought out one more.

      One of my other thoughts was…..you may not achieve something on the first chase or chance, but keep it in mind. The opportunity may again land nearby when you least expect. Don’t give up.

  8. Oh yes! I too loved reading but find that writing and visiting blogs takes up a lot of time – and knitting and singing and piano practice – all the things that, like you, I didn’t have time for when I was working.
    I still read but each book takes me longer than it used to.
